At the time of this podcast, more than 75,000 people have joined Sarah on her journey–giving her an opportunity to be a leader every day.
What does this mean for each of us as deliberate mothers? Join April Perry and Sarah Griggs as they discuss principles of leadership that can apply to every mom. Whether the number of people who “officially” look to us is big or small, our influence always reaches farther than we think.

This was such an inspiring podcast! It’s so true–you don’t have to be the #1 blogger or on the Today show to be a leader. There are thousands of people looking for someone to inspire and educate them. You might be the voice they are waiting for! I also appreciated April’s admission of the negative voice intruding on her thoughts. It’s amazing how persistent (and often illogical) that voice is. We have to be aware of it and fight back with positive thoughts! Thanks for taking the time to make this podcast.
