Great podcast. I needed that support. Thank you.
I really like all these ideas. I feel like I’m drowning a lot. My kids are 3 and 5. I stay at home and homeschool. I am working through the Mind Organization for Moms and it’s very helpful. I am slowly getting where I need to be. I feel pretty tired because I stay up late and get up early. I don’t really have help beyond my husband who works a lot and also has lots to do at home. But I can see things getting better as I get more organized in my mind. I need to make better choices in getting my kids involved with cooking.
