We’ve all had those days, haven’t we? The groceries got left in the car, the sock got stuck in the vacuum . . .. And you think to yourself, “Is this real? What else could possibly happen today?!” You’re not alone.

I enjoyed your podcast (as I washed the dishes and bottles-it was much more enjoyable while listening to you!) I only have 2 small children ages 4 and 1 yr old and my days can be so crazy. My 1 yr old just got over a bad virus and I don’t know about you but when the kids are sick it is one of the hardest things to get through. My coping mechanisms: if you have 1 good friend or family member or some one you know with kids around the same age to call and chat with, it is SUCH a big help (kind of like the podcast) It helps you to laugh about your craziness rather then cry (though I’ve cried before too)Also, now, my new go to is The Powers of MOMs. It helps me not feel so alone. It also helps me refocus my thoughts to get through those challenging days. Thanks again!

Thanks so much for your kind words! I can completely relate to being home with sick children. It gets SO much easier as they get older. Thanks for sharing your “coping mechanisms”! You’re doing great.
