Guilt often follows thoughts of what we ‘should’ be doing. Often times these discouraging thoughts come during difficult times, which includes the challenge of parenting a special needs child. We can combat this and find peace through deliberate mothering. One way we can do this can be as simple as rediscovering who we really are.
