No Time for A Break: The Art of Resting When Parenting Is Non-Stop
I love the article about becoming healthier! I decided the same thing shortly before my daughter was born. I watched my husband and others swing back and forth between healthy dieting and unhealthy habits. My parents were both diagnosed as diabetic. That’s when I decided healthy is a lifestyle, therefore needs to be sustainable. My rules: move, go to grocery store fed, sugar is for parties and events instead of home. It’s worked wonders. I always come home with healthy food and am learning new ways to cook it all the time. My family is not addicted to sugar anymore, so it’s easier to say no when we feel like we should.
Great simple goals!
I love the “audio blogs.” I have a lot more time to listen to blog posts than I do to read them. I can catch up on the blog as I drive. I LOVE THIS!
I love the blog about the me day and the shortcuts you can take to help yourself recharge. Great, useful advice. Thanks for taking time on your me day to write it!
