I recently joked with my husband that I just heard that some husbands cook dinner every once in a while. I also heard they know how to work the washing machine. It was all in jest, mostly.:)

The traditional roles reign at our house and most of the time I don’t mind. I’m just curious – do you share the traditional roles and if you do, what do you share?

We share almost everything. We agreed that since we both work at 5pm or when we both get home we are equals. It dosnt matter what kind of day we each have had. We just do the stuff that needs to get done for the family. Weather it be laundry, dinner, dishes, bath for the kiddo. Typically the first one home starts dinner. He rarely vacuums or mops and I rarely now the lawn.

Thanks for sharing. I doig the mopping and my husband does the mowing, but I really wouldn’t mind switching that up for a few weeks. :)
