Seth is a father of five wonderfully crazy little boys and husband to the most beautiful wife in the world. He received his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Fitness and Wellness Management. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the (NSCA) National Strength and Conditioning Association and is also a Certified Health and Fitness Specialist through the (ACSM) American College of Sports Medicine.
