About the Author:

I am a mother of four kids, ages 9, 7, 5, and 3. I am also recently divorced. I currently work for Brigham Young University doing alumni outreach as well as some writing and editing for our department newsletter and magazine. Mostly I write about the lighter side of life, because I'm a firm believer in the notion that if, as moms, we can't laugh at ourselves (and sometimes at others), we'll end up driving off of the nearest bridge. Visit my blog: She Writes Like A Girl. And stay away from the bridges!
