A1. First, put all of the suitcases in one room and tell yourself that you will work through it little by little. With each load of laundry, each errand, etc., think about how much fun you had on your trip. Don't let your thoughts turn negative.
A1 Response: This actually worked for me! I had just returned home from a romantic getaway to my university's homecoming football game, and I felt frustrated about my pile of laundry. Instead of whining, I sang my alma mater's fight song each time I put a new load in the washer…ta-da! I felt happy all day...
