A1. It is hard, especially when you are working on something with a deadline. I know if I write down "read to the children" or "kiss the children and tell them how much I love them" on my to-do list, it is more likely that I will do it, and I feel like I have earned a “check” on my list. Also, it helps if I do those most important things first thing in the morning. That way, they will surely get done.
