1. When I get back from a trip and find myself crazy with laundry, errands, dishes, dirt, and things to put away, how do I keep myself in a good mood? I feel like saying, "This stinks. I hate going away. It's just not worth the mess. Can't I have a break for two days without having twice the work to do when I return?"

2. What is a healthy way to think about the constant spills and messes associated with children?

3. How do you happily do the mundane chores?  I especially abhor the things that occur everyday (like bed making or unloading dishes). They will never be permanently gone from my list!!!  So I hate them instead of doing them joyfully?

4. How do I handle the long days and nights with a fussy newborn or a sick child?
