Perspectives on Caring for Ourselves: I'd like to incorporate exercise into my daily routine.
1. My mom used to turn on fun music and jog around the house with all of us. We loved it! We also would go to the gym with her once a week or so and play in the children's area while she played racquetball. Those were fun memories.
2. We do a morning walk just about every day. Sometimes I have had to push a double-jogger and pull a bicycle-rider along. We went slowly, but I burned a ton of calories!
