This month create a little alone time specifically designed to replenish yourself. It is likely that you have many pockets of time in which you are alone but in which you are cleaning, cooking, exercising, budgeting/paying bills etc…. What I am suggesting is swapping kids with another mom, or asking your spouse to take the kids for an evening and scheduling time that is specifically designed for replenishment. That time can be used in many different ways to help you stop... take a break after all the joys and craziness of the holiday season… and just enjoy yourself and be rejuvenated. You might read a book, play an instrument, get a pedicure, take a walk, or if you aren’t replenished in solitude you could even go to lunch or dinner with someone who makes you feel happy. Just take a break and have some fun!
