Perspectives on Emotion
1. What makes a mom happy when life is chaotic or when everything seems to be going wrong?
2. If I choose to stay home and put my career on hold, will I be happy with my little ones? What will help me to be happy?
3. How do you cope with the down moments? What do you do to lift yourself back up?
4. How do I keep an optimistic perspective?
5. How do you lose the guilt of the 500 other things you “should” be doing?
6. As a mother of young children, how do we deal with our children's tantrums, the one's where they get totally out of control for 20 minutes and nothing can calm them down?
7. I feel stressed most of the time because I always have to solve problems for my children (especially when they are arguing with each other). How do I teach them to solve their own problems and give me a break?
