Oscar Mayer has a WONDERFUL campaign going on right now that The Power of Moms is happy to support. All you have to do is go to their site and complete the sentence, “It doesn’t get better than….” Then Oscar Mayer will donate one pound of food to feed the hungry. (You don’t even have to give them your contact information.)
They DO have extra options to share the link with friends and “fan” them on Facebook, but at the very least, you can complete the sentence and help get food into somebody’s tummy.
My daughter and I just did this together, and here is what we said:
ME: It doesn’t get better than having a truly happy family.
ALIA: It doesn’t get better than playing “bull” with Dad. (He pretends he’s a bull, and he growls and tickles them and chases them all over the living room, and they run around squealing. It’s a nightly tradition at the Perry house.)

Wow, not only have I just helped get food in some hungry tummies, just leaving the song playing has helped my mood do a complete 180. Thanks, April. It doesn’t matter where I go on this site, I am always better for it.
